A person who has login access to oro247 and, depending on the permissions given, can perform various tasks such as:
  • Quotation management
  • Project management
  • Employee Leave application
  • Accounts bookkeeping
  • etc.
A person whose payroll will be processed by oro247.
  • An Employee is different from a Login User and thus, this Employee may or may not have login access to oro247.
  • In order for the Employee to self-perform tasks such as leave application, this Employee will also need to be a Login User.

With oro247 Subscription, you can auto-invoice your customers on a recurring basis. The invoice generated will be automatically sent to your customer via email, and optionally, via WhatsApp (additional charges from Facebook/Meta applies).

Note:

  • A Customer can have one-to-many Subscriptions.
  • A Subscription will auto-generate and auto-send 1 invoice to your customer based on an interval period (aka Billing Cycle) you define.

If you're subscribed to the $0 starter plan, oro247 will automatically check the Income and Expense items of your company's Profit and Loss statement for the current fiscal year.

If the stipulated capped amount is reached, you will not be able to add new documents of any type (e.g. Sales Invoice, Payment Entry, Supplier, etc.) into oro247.

You can determine your company's current Income and Expense amounts using the "Profit and Loss Statement" report.

In the example above, for current fiscal year of 01-Apr-2023 to 31-Mar-2024, the company Income is $600,000.00 and the company Expense is $83,860.22.

If the cap condition is "Capped at SG$150k annual company income or expense, whichever is higher.", then the cap limit is reached since the company Income is above SG$150k.

We currently have no plan to introduce annual billing as we have taken care rather to ensure that the monthly price for our customers is competitive and value-for-money.

There are no fees for onboarding, training, or any other hefty upfront costs in order for you to adopt and use oro247. Our process to onboard you as our customer is straightforward and oro247 is simple to use.

There is also no need to apply for a government grant in order to get started with oro247.

In fact, this is to your advantage as you will not be artificially locked-in with oro247.

This is very subjective - we have customers who took only 2 weeks to learn and become very comfortable with oro247. Some took a few weeks longer.
